Regarding our services during the current Coronavirus crisis
Ignite Gas Care Ltd is taking the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) extremely seriously. Our number one priority is the safety and wellbeing of both our customers, our clients and our staff and providing a safe environment for all.
We are staying well informed of the developing situation and are following prevailing advice and recommendations from the Government.
As you would expect, we have temporarily closed our offices until further notice in line with the latest Government instructions.
We have implemented procedures that involve our staff working from home to continue accepting calls and responding to emails.
We also have engineers on standby to carry out essential works as and when required throughout West & North Yorkshire throughout these difficult times.
Essential works are currently classified as gas safety checks, no services (heating or hot water) & leaks that cannot be reasonably contained.
All our engineers will be carrying out the following procedures to ensure the wellbeing and safety of our clients and staff are of upmost importance.
